The Art House Project is an art project developed in the Honmura district.
This project, which began in 1998, currently has 7 locations open to the public.
In areas where people still live, existing vacant houses and other buildings are renovated, and the spaces themselves are transformed into artworks, weaving in the time and memories of when people inhabited them. Furthermore, encounters between visitors and residents, which unfold within these living spaces, give rise to various episodes.
This project, which is not limited to the museum area but extends into daily life, is constantly changing.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
