Naoshima is, as you know, an \"island.\"<\/span><\/p>\n

The area is approximately 8 square kilometers, and the population is 3,135.(As of April 1, 2015)\u3002<\/span><\/span>
The school only goes up to junior high school.
Online stores sometimes charge extra for shipping to remote islands.
But it's a really lovely island.
<\/span><\/p>\n

A comic essay by a woman who moved to such an island from the city, detailing her island life.
This is a blog that can be fully enjoyed by both those who understand the \"commonplace anecdotes\" of island living and those who don't.
<\/span><\/p>\n

The author is Shiori Matsuzaki. About five years ago, she moved to Naoshima, and by chance, she is now a bride and mother on the island. She also serves as Naoshima Town's \"Tourism Goodwill Ambassador\" and is active in island events. Her Twitter and Instagram are also fun.
