We recommend bringing warm gear like gloves and hats for exploring outdoor art pieces and the Art House Project, unless you're spending your time inside the museums.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 16px;\">Visitors from outside the prefecture at this time of year often say, \"I thought the Seto Inland Sea was warmer.\" The strong west winds that blow in winter are sometimes enough to stop the high-speed ferry service between Naoshima and Takamatsu. It's a luxurious experience to confront the art with heightened senses in the crisp, clear air.
