It is on sale at the souvenir shop of Umi-no-Eki Naoshima.

Rice from the Naoshima Rice Cultivation Project and Naoshima-made salt SOLASHIO are used.

This product is delicious eaten as ice cream puffs when frozen, and as cream puffs when thawed.

 This is just my personal opinion, but the dough is fragrant and the cream inside has a mild, pleasant taste.
It's really satisfying because it's so substantial.

When it's half-melted, the cream's flavor is more pronounced than when it's frozen, and it's delicious with its coolness.
