Naoshima Elementary School is the first in the "Naoshima Architecture" series, completed in 1970, but
It's an amazing (interesting) design that doesn't look like it's over 45 years old.

The design is by Kazuhiro Ishii.
This was a work from when I was a graduate student at the University of Tokyo, at the young age of 26.
Mr. Ishii went on to design several public facilities in Naoshima Town.
