Would you like to try rice planting on Naoshima?

This year marks the 12th anniversary of the "Naoshima Rice Cultivation Project" initiated by the Fukutake Foundation.
This year, the first "rice planting" event will be held on Saturday, June 17th.
This is a valuable opportunity to experience rice farming throughout the year, with rice harvesting in October and mochi pounding in December, and to eat the rice you grew yourself.

Date and Time: Saturday, June 17, 2017, 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM (Reception begins 9:30 AM)
Capacity: 100 people (first come, first served)
Participation fee: 300 yen (for insurance) *Free for junior high school students and younger
