(New Product) Teshima Lemon Cake Now Available!
2017/05/29
The neighboring island, Teshima. Abundant produce also thrives on this island, rich in nature.
Not only olives, but rice in the terraced fields, mandarins and lemons in the mountains, and strawberries in the fields.
The "Teshima Lemon Cake" is made using pesticide-free lemons grown on Teshima and "Sanuki Yume 2000" flour, which is also used in Sanuki udon.
These are made by the users of "Social Welfare Corporation Mikunien." Each lemon cake is carefully crafted, with a moist, not-too-sweet sponge cake topped with refreshing lemon chocolate cream – it's exquisite.
It's good to eat on the boat on your way back, or you can chill it in the refrigerator during the summer.
On sale for 250 yen each at the souvenir shop "Naoshima Rakuichi" inside "Umi no Eki Naoshima"!
